Return & Refund Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Initiate a Return


To start a return, please contact us at info@be-inova.com. Kindly note that returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (address below), and the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


We strive to provide a smooth return process, but please note that certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Additionally, for hygiene and health reasons, intimate items such as underwear, opened cosmetics, or intimate devices cannot be returned unless they are unopened and still in their original packaging.


Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new, separate purchase for the replacement item.


Cancellation Policy


We understand plans may change. Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them. To cancel, simply send your request to info@be-inova.com within this 24-hour window.


If a cancellation request is received after the 24-hour window and the item has already been packed or shipped, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
